Safe Life Defense Returns and Refunds

Your safety, comfort, and satisfaction are our top priority. We understand things happen, and that’s why we’ll always do our best to care for our customers fairly and reasonably.

Returns

All items returned to Safe Life Defense must undergo a quality control check for both their physical condition and the reason for your return. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date they were delivered to your home. To be eligible for a full refund, less the return shipping cost, your gear must be in the same condition in which it was received. We do not issue refunds for custom orders, personalized patches, and lost or stolen gift cards.

Upon the arrival of your returned item(s) at our facility, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method on file. To start a hassle-free return, please email Returns@SafeLifeDefense.com with your name and order number.

Exchanges

All exchanged items must undergo a quality control check for both their physical condition and the reason for your exchange. Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the date they were delivered to your home. To be eligible for an exchange, your gear must be in new, clean, resalable condition, and you must be a U.S. domestic customer. We are unable to authorize exchanges for custom orders.

To start an exchange and receive a FREE shipping label for U.S. orders only, just email Fit@SafeLifeDefense.com with your name and order number. Please note we may require you to send us specific pictures and sizing information to find your perfect fit.
