This is optional coverage that protects your order on its way to you.
- Covers your order for 30 days from the day it ships — lost, damaged, stolen, or otherwise unusable.
- Approved claims are reshipped free of charge. Product Protection does not issue refunds.
- Unused product may need to be returned in its original packaging.
- Theft and “porch pirate” claims require a signed statement.
- Safe Life Defense has at least 14 business days to review a claim.
- USA destinations only — not available on international orders.
