e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms

    Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards are distributed by Safe Life Defense. By visiting SafeLifeDefense.com, you agree that the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these e-Gift Card terms and conditions (“Ts & Cs”). These Ts & Cs are subject to change without notice. Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards are issued by Safe Life Defense.

  2. e-Gift Cards

    Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards are only redeemable at accepted locations such as our online store or Las Vegas showroom, not dealer locations. To make a purchase, visit Safe Life Defense Gift Cards. No fees or taxes of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of e-Gift Cards in connection with the sale of Gift Cards.

  3. Redemption

    1. USING YOUR SAFE LIFE DEFENSE E-GIFT CARD

      Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards may only be used as payment for purchases at SafeLifeDefense.com or in the Las Vegas showroom. Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards can also be redeemed by calling 1-702-829-4029 to place an order over the phone with a representative. Multiple Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards may be used per order. Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards cannot be used in non-SLD freestanding retail store locations. Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards may be redeemed only for merchandise and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards cannot be used with payment plans or additional coupon codes at checkout.     2. REDEEMING SAFE LIFE DEFENSE E-GIFT CARDS ONLINE

      Visit SafeLifeDefense.com and select the items you want to purchase. On the cart page enter your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card number in the coupon field. If the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card, you will need to enter another method of payment and will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your applicable payment method. If the amount of your order is less than the value on your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card. Multiple Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards may be used per order. Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards cannot be used with payment plans or additional coupon codes at checkout.     3. REDEEMING SAFE LIFE DEFENSE E-GIFT CARDS OVER THE PHONE

      Call 1-702-829-4029 to place your order with a phone representative. You will be asked to provide your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card Number along with a valid credit card. If the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card. If the amount of your order is less than the value on your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card. Only one Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card may be used per order. Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards cannot be used with payment plans or additional coupon codes at checkout.   4. View Your Balance

    To view your e-Gift Card balance, go to SafeLifeDefense.com/check-balance or call our customer service team at 1-702-829-4029.

  5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

    You may not return or cancel your Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a Gift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support.

    Returned items purchased with a Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card are eligible for e-Gift Card-only reimbursement with proof of original purchase. Customers are responsible for retaining their original payment method and e-Gift Card information. The amount received shall not exceed the original purchase price and prior sale prices may not be honored outside of their promotional window.

    For items in need of an exchange, please note that an upcharge may be required for sizes 3XL-7XL. If the desired size or item is out of stock, the customer must wait until the product is back in stock for fulfillment.

  6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

    If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your e-Gift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. e-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase and replacement is not guaranteed. Replacement will be evaluated on a case by case basis at the discretion of Safe Life Defense. Treat your e-Gift Card like cash and protect it accordingly.

  7. Limitations

    You may not use an e-Gift Card to purchase other e-Gift Cards. e-Gift Cards can be reloaded, but may not be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused e-Gift Cards may not be transferred. Total purchases for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in one calendar day unless deemed to be valid for a group purchase.

  8. Our Policies

    Information that you provide when purchasing e-Gift Cards is subject to the Privacy Policy. Safe Life Defense may provide e-Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of e-Gift Cards. e-Gift Cards and their use are subject to Safe Life Defense’s General Terms & Conditions. Safe Life Defense reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.

  9. Risk of Loss

    Ownership and risk of loss of e-Gift Cards pass to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen e-Gift Cards. Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards expire 5 years from the purchasing date at which point they are no longer valid.

  10. Safe Life Defense e-Gift Card Customer Service

    If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your e-Gift Card, please contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

  11. Payment Methods

    Safe Life Defense e-Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. If an order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance of the order must be paid with a credit card.

  12. Delivery Information and Requirements for Gift Card Purchasers

    e-Gift Cards may be purchased using applicable promo codes from influencers during promotional cycles. Discounts are not guaranteed. No more than 10% can be deducted from the total cost for the purchaser/gifter. Any e-Gift Cards purchased with or without a discount are not eligible for coupon code application or stacking discounts at checkout.

    All orders of e-Gift Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the website with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser’s financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your e-Gift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected. If you have concerns about your order, please contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

    We are not responsible for e-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her e-Gift Card. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address.

  13. Reasons for Failed Delivery of e-Gift Cards

    eGift cards are delivered free via email. There are no shipping or processing fees. If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the e-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period of one hour (or after the requested delivery date), the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

    1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
    2. The recipient’s firewall blocked the email
    3. Email inbox is over size limit
    4. Invalid email address

    If a spam filter is blocking Safe Life Defense Gift Card emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that Safe Life Defense Gift Card emails are not considered spam. You may also choose to print a physical version to hand deliver. If you need further assistance, contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

  14. Personalized Messaging

    If you wish to add a personal message to an e-Gift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the e-Gift Card. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. If inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages are found, we reserve the right to cancel them.

  15. Limitation of Liability

    SAFE LIFE DEFENSE AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO E-GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF AN E-GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH E-GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

  16. Disputes

    These Ts & Cs shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, USA in all disputes arising out of or related to the e-Gift Cards or the SafeLifeDefense.com site.
